Mark is a behavioural scientist and the Founder and Managing Director of MindAlpha, a consultancy firm specialising in behavioural analytics.

Drawing on a 30-year career building predictive models and leading teams in complex environments, he helps organisations understand how human behaviour shapes decision-making, communication and performance.
