A Private London Briefing on Human Factor Risks in the Digital Infrastructure Industry
Over the past year, MindAlpha has conducted what is now the largest global workforce survey focused specifically on the Digital Infrastructure industry. The survey looks at the motivational, wellbeing, and cultural factors which directly shape performance, safety, and retention.
The results are revealing. Not just in terms of assessing levels and causes of overload, burnout and attrition risk, but in uncovering the systemic signals which emerge long before problems become visible operationally.
To share the findings and, more importantly, to discuss what they mean in practice MindAlpha are hosting an invitation-only private briefing and roundtable in London on March 3rd.
The session will start with a short, data-led briefing from the survey, followed by a panel and open discussion on how people-related risks actually show up in delivery, operations, and leadership decision-making. There will then be a social/networking opportunity with light snack and drinks.
This will be a focused, senior-level discussion, and an opportunity to engage with the data alongside peers to explore a fundamental insight that the research consistently reinforces:
Looking after the human side of the industry isn’t a cost – it’s a competitive advantage.
